Our experience was 5 star! Such an amazing variety of dresses. Tara and Chanel were incredible, so kind and patient and were amazing from the moment we walked in!!!

Even though I was late to my appointment they handled everything very professionally. The employees were very kind and all the dresses were very high quality and absolutely stunning.

We had such a wonderful experience finding a Mother of the Bride dress! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. They offered fantastic advice without ever being pushy, and my mum found the perfect dress! Hired a dress for an interstate pageant! Soooo many stunning and unique options and the staff member working when I first came to look at options was extremely helpful, helping me find options, try on and never rushed me! Staff were great with organising dates when my event changed. I felt like an absolute princess!

Thank you Chantel & Rhiannon for the best experience with my custom made Mother of Bride Dress designed by me with some help from ChatGPT 🙊 They made my vision a reality & even changed the design (due to surgery) at no extra cost! They kept me updated during the whole process as the fabric I had originally chosen was not available. And I loved the substitute Fabric even more than the original.
Truly amazing. I even added a cape 2 weeks before the wedding & it was done in minimal time.
I also recommended Mother of Groom to go there who also had a custom made. It was stunning & she was very happy too!!

I hired a dress through Designer Precinct for a black tie event and the process was pretty seamless. Good price for the quality, the dress came dry-cleaned and ready to wear. My one note would be that the website could show more real photos of the hire stock rather than promo images. The actual dress had a slightly different neckline detail than what I was expecting. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. Staff on WhatsApp were very responsive which I appreciated.

I'm based in Melbourne so ordered online and was honestly a little nervous, but the team were incredible. They called me (didn't just email) to confirm my measurements and double check the colour I wanted. The Terani gown I ordered arrived ahead of schedule, beautifully wrapped, with a handwritten note. It sounds small but it really sets them apart from the bigger online stores where you're just an order number. The dress itself got so many compliments at the gala. Will 100% be coming back for my next event.

They were so helpful and the store itself was so easy to find a dress by colour. I was so overwhelmed because I went to other dress shops previously but was able to find 2 instantly there. Found my formal dress here after visiting four other boutiques and leaving empty-handed every time. The range is genuinely huge, I wasn't expecting that many options in one place. The staff member who helped me was super patient, didn't rush me at all, and pulled out a Portia & Scarlett gown I wouldn't have picked off the rack myself. It fit like a glove. Ordered it in burgundy and it arrived within the timeframe they quoted. Highly recommend for your formals especially.

Came in for bridesmaids dresses and walked out with a shortlist of five options I was actually excited about, which honestly surprised me. The warehouse-style setup at Homebush means you can browse without someone hovering over you every two minutes, which I appreciated. One of the styles I liked online wasn't in stock in the colour I wanted and lead time was a bit longer than expected. But the team were honest about it upfront, so that counts for something. Would come back.

Very impressive dresses! I wore my dress at a wedding and I have never received more compliments than that night! The dress arrived on time and it was in perfect condition! Communication with the staff members was on time and they were very helpful with the whole experience. I would highly recommend!
